**第一項** この法律の施行の際現にこの法律による改正前の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（以下「旧法」という。）第九条の十二第一項の規定による指定を受けている社会福祉法（昭和二十六年法律第四十五号）第二十二条に規定する社会福祉法人であって、旧法第九条の十三第一号に規定するあっせんの業務を行っているもの（以下「旧センター」という。）は、この法律による改正後の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（以下「新法」という。）第九条の十八の規定による指定を受けた者とみなす。
