  **第一項**  公共職業安定所は、障害者の雇用を促進するため、障害者の求職に関する情報を収集し、事業主に対して当該情報の提供、障害者の雇入れの勧奨等を行うとともに、その内容が障害者の能力に適合する求人の開拓に努めるものとする。
