### 第五十九条（求職活動支援費） — Job-Seeking Activity Support Expenses

  **第一項**  求職活動支援費は、受給資格者等が求職活動に伴い次の各号のいずれかに該当する行為をする場合において、公共職業安定所長が厚生労働大臣の定める基準に従つて必要があると認めたときに、支給する。
