**第一項** この省令は、育児休業、介護休業等育児又は家族介護を行う労働者の福祉に関する法律及び次世代育成支援対策推進法の一部を改正する法律（以下「改正法」という。）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和七年十月一日）から施行する。
