**第一項** 旧雇保則附則第十五条の四の三の二第一項の事業主が行う対象被保険者の令和四年十二月一日から令和五年三月三十一日までの期間中に判定基礎期間の初日がある休業等に係る同条第二項の規定により読み替えて適用する旧雇保則第百二条の三第一項第二号の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
