### 第一条（施行期日） — Effective Date

**第一項**  この省令は、平成三十一年十月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

**第一項**  この省令による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「新令」という。）第百一条の二の八及び附則第二十五条の規定は、この省令の施行の日以後に雇用保険法（昭和四十九年法律第百十六号）第六十条の二第一項の規定による教育訓練（以下「教育訓練」という。）を開始した者について適用し、施行日前に教育訓練を開始した者に対するこの省令による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則（以下「旧令」という。）第百一条の二の八及び附則第二十五条の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。

The provisions of Article 101-2-8 and Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "New Order") apply to a person who commenced, on or after the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the educational training under Article 60-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act (Act No. 116 of 1974) (hereinafter referred to as "educational training"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern the application of Article 101-2-8 and Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act before amendment by this Ministerial Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Order") to a person who commenced educational training before the Effective Date.

**第二項**  この省令の施行の際現に提出され、又は交付されている旧令の様式（次項において「旧様式」という。）により提出されている書類は、新令の様式によるものとみなす。

**第一項**  厚生労働大臣、都道府県労働局長及び公共職業安定所長は、この省令の施行の日前においても、新令第百一条の二の七第一号の二に規定する特定一般教育訓練及び同条第二号に規定する専門実践教育訓練に係る教育訓練給付金の支給のために必要な準備行為を行うことができる。

The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Directors of the Prefectural Labor Bureaus, and the Chiefs of the Public Employment Security Offices may carry out preparatory acts necessary for payment of the educational training benefits pertaining to the specified general educational training prescribed in Article 101-2-7, item (i)-2 of the New Order and the specialized practical educational training prescribed in item (ii) of that Article, even before the day of enforcement of this Ministerial Order.
