**第二項**  この省令の施行の日前に離職した者であって、第一条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百二条の五第二項第一号ロに規定する計画対象被保険者及び同項第二号ロに規定する支援書等対象被保険者に係る再就職支援給付金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
