### 第二条（通所手当に関する暫定措置） — Provisional Measures concerning Commuting Allowance

**第一項**  第五十九条の通所手当として、同条に規定するもののほか、当分の間、受給資格者の住所又は居所から訓練等施設までの距離が相当程度長いため、訓練等施設に近接する宿泊施設（以下この条において「宿泊施設」という。）に一時的に宿泊し、宿泊施設から訓練等施設へ通所する者（宿泊施設を利用しなければ通所することが著しく困難であるものに限る。）に対して支給するものとする。
