**第一項** 法第六十三条第一項第一号に掲げる事業及び同項第九号の厚生労働省令で定める事業は、第百二十一条、第百二十四条、第百二十五条の二、第百三十四条、第百三十八条、第百四十条及び第百四十条の二に定めるもののほか、次のとおりとする。
