  **第一項**  法第五十六条の三第一項第二号の厚生労働省令で定める安定した職業に就いた受給資格者等（同条第二項に規定する受給資格者等をいう。以下同じ。）は、一年以上引き続き雇用されることが確実であると認められる職業に就いた受給資格者等であつて、就業促進手当を支給することが当該受給資格者等の職業の安定に資すると認められるものとする。
