  **第一項**  特例高年齢被保険者は、その個人番号が変更されたときは、速やかに、個人番号変更届を管轄公共職業安定所の長に提出しなければならない。この場合において、当該特例高年齢被保険者を雇用する事業主については、第十四条の規定は、適用しない。

  When the Individual Number of a special elderly insured person has been changed, the person must promptly submit a notification of change of Individual Number to the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office. In this case, the provisions of Article 14 do not apply to the employer that employs that special elderly insured person.
