### 第百四十一条（事業所の設置等の届出） — Notification of Establishment, etc. of Place of Business

**第一項**  事業主は、事業所を設置したとき、又は事業所を廃止したときは、次の各号に掲げる事項を記載した届書に登記事項証明書、賃金台帳、労働者名簿その他の当該各号に掲げる事項を証明することができる書類を添えてその設置又は廃止の日の翌日から起算して十日以内に、事業所の所在地を管轄する公共職業安定所の長に提出しなければならない。

When an employer has established a place of business or abolished a place of business, the employer must submit to the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office having jurisdiction over the location of the place of business, within 10 days counting from the day following the day of the establishment or abolition, a written notification stating the matters set out in the following items, with a certificate of registered matters, a wage ledger, a roster of workers or other documents capable of proving the matters set out in those items attached.
