**第一項** 次に掲げる年金たる給付（死亡を支給事由とするものを除く。）の受給権者その他の者であって政令で定めるものが、施行日以後に死亡した場合における厚生年金保険法による遺族厚生年金の支給に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
