**第一項** 第十二条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法第七十八条の六第一項及び第二項の規定により標準報酬が改定され、又は決定された者について次の表の上欄に掲げる規定（他の法令において、これらの規定を引用する場合を含む。）を適用する場合においては、同表の上欄に掲げる規定中同表の中欄に掲げる字句は、それぞれ同表の下欄に掲げる字句に読み替えるものとするほか、厚生年金保険法による保険給付の額の計算及びその支給停止に関する規定その他政令で定める規定の適用に関し必要な読替えは、政令で定める。

In the case of applying the provisions set forth in the upper column of the following table (including where those provisions are cited in other laws and regulations) to a person whose standardized remuneration has been revised or decided pursuant to Article 78-6, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 12, the words set forth in the middle column of the table in the provisions set forth in the upper column of the table are deemed to be replaced with the words set forth respectively in the lower column of the table, and, beyond that, necessary technical replacement of terms for the application of the provisions on the calculation of the amount of insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and the suspension of their payment, and other provisions specified by Cabinet Order, is specified by Cabinet Order.
