**第一項** 前条第一項又は第二項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた第十二条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第三十八条の二第一項の規定による申請に基づきその一部の支給の停止が解除されている老齢厚生年金の受給権者に平成二十五年改正法附則第三条第十一号に規定する存続厚生年金基金が支給する平成二十五年改正法附則第五条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十五年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第百三十条第一項に規定する老齢年金給付又は平成二十五年改正法附則第三条第十三号に規定する存続連合会が支給する老齢年金給付（平成二十五年改正法附則第六十一条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十五年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第百六十条第五項又は平成二十五年改正法附則第六十一条第三項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた平成二十五年改正法第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法第百六十一条第二項の老齢年金給付をいう。）の支給の停止については、なお従前の例による。
