**第一項** 都道府県知事又は市町村長（特別区の区長（地方自治法第二百八十三条第一項の規定により選挙された特別区の区長に限る。）を含む。）である被保険者が、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合においては、前後の第三号厚生年金被保険者期間は引き続いたものとみなす。
