  **第一項**  前条第一項第一号又は第二号の適用事業所が、それぞれ当該各号に該当しなくなつたときは、その事業所について同条第三項の認可があつたものとみなす。

  If an applicable place of business under paragraph (1), item (i) or (ii) of the preceding Article has ceased to fall under either of the relevant items, that place of business is deemed to have been given approval under paragraph (3) of that Article.
