  **第一項**  調整期間における基準年度以後再評価率の改定については、前条の規定にかかわらず、第一号に掲げる率に第二号に掲げる率を乗じて得た率（当該率が一を下回るときは、一。以下この条において「基準年度以後算出率」という。）を基準とする。
