**第一項**  左の各号に掲げる場合には、十万円以下の過料に処する。

  **一**  第九十八条第一項の規定に違反して、事業主が届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をしたとき。

  if, in violation of the provisions of Article 98, paragraph (1), an employer has failed to notify the relevant person or has submitted false notification;

  **二**  第九十八条第二項の規定に違反して、被保険者が届出をせず、若しくは虚偽の届出をし、又は申出をせず、若しくは虚偽の申出をしたとき。

  **三**  第九十八条第四項の規定に違反して、戸籍法の規定による死亡の届出義務者が、届出をしないとき。
