**第一項**  法第六十条第一項第二号（前条の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。）の規定によりその額が計算される遺族厚生年金の受給権者が更に各号の厚生年金被保険者期間のうち一の期間に基づく老齢厚生年金の受給権を取得したときは、当該一の期間に基づく老齢厚生年金の受給権を取得した日の属する月の翌月から当該遺族厚生年金の額を改定する。

Where a beneficiary of a survivors' employees' pension the amount of which is calculated pursuant to Article 60, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Act (including where applied as replaced pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article) further acquires the right to receive benefits from an employees' old-age pension based on a time in one category among the categories of EPI insured period, the amount of that survivors' employees' pension is revised from the month following the month that includes the day on which the person acquired the right to receive benefits from the employees' old-age pension based on that time in one category.

**第二項**  法第六十一条第三項ただし書の規定は、前項の場合に準用する。この場合において、同条第三項ただし書中「ロに」とあるのは、「ロ（厚生年金保険法施行令（昭和二十九年政令第百十号）第三条の十三の八の規定により読み替えられた場合には、読替え後の同号ロ）に」と読み替えるものとする。

The provisions of the proviso to Article 61, paragraph (3) of the Act apply mutatis mutandis to the case under the preceding paragraph. In this case, the phrase "(a) and (b) of that paragraph" in the proviso to Article 61, paragraph (3) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "(a) and (b) (or, where Article 3-13-8 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Cabinet Order No. 110 of 1954) replaces them, (b) of that item as so replaced) of that paragraph".
