**第一項**  前条第二項に規定する場合において、同項の規定により読み替えられた法第六十二条第一項の規定により遺族厚生年金に同項の規定による加算額が加算されるときは、各号の厚生年金被保険者期間のうち最も長い一の期間（当該一の期間が二以上ある場合は、次に掲げる順序による。）に基づく遺族厚生年金について当該加算額を加算するものとする。

Where, in the case prescribed in paragraph (2) of the preceding Article, the additional amount under Article 62, paragraph (1) of the Act as replaced pursuant to paragraph (2) of the preceding Article is added to a survivors' employees' pension, that additional amount is to be added to the survivors' employees' pension based on the longest time in one category among the categories of EPI insured period (where there are two or more such times in one category, in the order set out in the following items).
