**第一項**  医療保険制度等については、平成十二年度に講ぜられる措置に引き続き、この法律の施行後における医療費の動向、医療保険の財政状況、社会経済情勢の変化等を勘案し、抜本的な改革を行うための検討を行い、その結果に基づいて所要の措置が講ぜられるものとする。
