**第一項**  政府は、新老健法第二十八条第一項第一号に規定する給付に要する費用の額が低額である場合には当該額に対する同号に規定する一部負担金の額の割合が著しく高くなることがあることにかんがみ、必要があると認めるときは、同号の一部負担金の在り方について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
