    **第一項**  この款に規定するもののほか、保険料の賦課額その他保険料の賦課に関する事項は、政令で定める基準に従つて後期高齢者医療広域連合の条例で定める。

    Beyond what is provided for in this Subsection, the amount of insurance premiums to be imposed and other particulars concerning the imposition of insurance premiums are prescribed by Ordinance of the Association of Medical Care Systems for the Elderly Aged 75 and older in accordance with the standards specified by Cabinet Order.

    **第二項**  この款に規定するもののほか、保険料の額の通知その他保険料の徴収に関する事項（特別徴収に関するものを除く。）は政令で定める基準に従つて市町村の条例で、特別徴収に関して必要な事項は政令又は政令で定める基準に従つて市町村の条例で定める。

    Beyond what is provided for in this Subsection, the notification of the amount of insurance premiums and other matters concerning the collection of insurance premiums (excluding those concerning special collection) are specified by Municipal Ordinance in accordance with the standards specified by Cabinet Order, and necessary matters concerning special collection are specified by Cabinet Order or Municipal Ordinance in accordance with the standards specified by Cabinet Order.
