    **第一項**  市町村は、普通徴収の方法によつて徴収する保険料の徴収の事務については、収入の確保及び被保険者の便益の増進に寄与すると認める場合に限り、地方自治法第二百四十三条の二第一項の規定により指定する者に委託することができる。

    A Municipality may entrust the affairs of the collection of insurance premiums collected by the method of general collection to a person designated pursuant to the provisions of Article 243-2, paragraph (1) of the Local Autonomy Act, only when it is found that the entrustment will contribute to the assurance of revenue and the promotion of the benefits of the insured.
