**第一項** 政府は、この法律の施行により労働者派遣による就業ができなくなる派遣労働者その他の派遣労働者の雇用の安定を図るとともに、事業主の労働力の確保を支援するため、公共職業安定所又は職業紹介事業者（職業安定法（昭和二十二年法律第百四十一号）第四条第七項に規定する職業紹介事業者をいう。）の行う職業紹介の充実等必要な措置を講ずるように努めなければならない。
