**第一項**  参与員、家事調停委員又はこれらの職にあった者が正当な理由なくその職務上取り扱ったことについて知り得た人の秘密を漏らしたときは、一年以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。

If a counselor, a domestic relations mediation commissioner, or a person who has held either post divulges any personal confidential information made available to the person in the course of the person's duties without justifiable grounds, the person is punished by imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 500,000 yen.
