  **第一項**  法人の代表者及び法人でない社団又は財団で当事者能力を有するものの代表者又は管理人については、この法律中法定代理及び法定代理人に関する規定を準用する。

  With regard to the representative of a corporation and the representative or administrator of an association or foundation which is not a corporation but is capable of being a party, the provisions in this Act concerning legal representation and the legal representative apply mutatis mutandis.
