  **第一項**  家事審判及び家事調停に関する事件（以下「家事事件」という。）の手続については、他の法令に定めるもののほか、この法律の定めるところによる。

### 第二条（裁判所及び当事者の責務） — (Responsibilities of Courts and Parties)

  **第一項**  裁判所は、家事事件の手続が公正かつ迅速に行われるように努め、当事者は、信義に従い誠実に家事事件の手続を追行しなければならない。
