**第一項** 法人の代表者又は法人若しくは人の代理人、使用人その他の従業者が、その法人又は人の業務に関し、第百十三条又は第百十五条の違反行為をしたときは、行為者を罰するほか、その法人又は人に対しても、各本条の罰金刑を科する。

When a representative of a corporation, or any agent, employee, or other worker of either the corporation or an individual has acted in violation of any provision of Article 113 or 115 with regards to the business of that corporation or individual, not only the offender is punished but also that corporate organization or individual is punished by the fine prescribed in the respective Articles.
