**第一項**  施行日が行政不服審査法の施行に伴う関係法律の整備等に関する法律（平成二十六年法律第六十九号）の施行の日前である場合には、同法第十八条のうち犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律第二十一条第八項の改正規定中「第二十一条第八項」とあるのは、「第二十二条第八項」とする。
