**第一項**  この法律は、平成二十七年一月一日から施行する。ただし、第七条の改正規定及び次条の規定は、視聴覚的実演に関する北京条約（同条において「視聴覚的実演条約」という。）が日本国について効力を生ずる日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect on January 1, 2015;provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 7 and the provisions of the following Article come into effect as of the date on which the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances (referred to as the "Audiovisual Performances Treaty" in those Articles) takes effect in Japan.
