### 第一条（施行期日） — (Effective Date)

**第一項**  この法律は、行政手続法（平成五年法律第八十八号）の施行の日から施行する。

This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Administrative Procedure Act comes into effect (Act No. 88 of 1993).

**第一項**  附則第二条から前条までに定めるもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。

Beyond what is prescribed between Article 2 to the preceding Article of these Supplementary Provisions, necessary transitional measures connected with the coming into effect of this Act are provided for by Cabinet Order.
