If the private sound recording referred to in Article 104-2, paragraph (1), item (i) of the new Act or the private visual recording referred to in item (ii) of that paragraph is done by means of a specified machine referred to in Article 104-4, paragraph (1) of the new Act which is purchased after the effective date, on a specified recording medium referred to in that paragraph which is purchased before the effective date, the same applies with regard to the specified recording medium.
