**第一項**  新法第十三条第四号に該当する著作物でこの法律の施行の際現に旧法による出版権が設定されているものについては、当該出版権の存続期間内に限り、同号の規定は、適用しない。

The provisions of Article 13, item (iv) of the new Act do not apply to a work that falls under that item on which print rights under the former Act have been established as of the time this Act comes into effect, but only within the lifetime of those print rights.
