**第一項**  この法律に規定する権利に関する紛争につきあつせんによりその解決を図るため、文化庁に著作権紛争解決あつせん委員（以下この章において「委員」という。）を置く。

In order for disputes concerning the rights provided for in this Act to be resolved through mediation, mediators for copyright dispute resolution (hereinafter in this Chapter referred to as "mediators") are placed on staff at the Agency for Cultural Affairs.

**第二項**  委員は、文化庁長官が、著作権又は著作隣接権に係る事項に関し学識経験を有する者のうちから、事件ごとに三人以内を委嘱する。
