### 第百四条の四十五（登録の取消し等） — Rescission of Registration

  **第一項**  文化庁長官は、登録確認機関が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その登録を取り消すものとする。

  The Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs is to rescind the registration of a registered verification body if the registered verification body falls under any of the following items:

  **第二項**  文化庁長官は、登録確認機関が次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その登録を取り消し、又は期間を定めて確認等事務の停止を命ずることができる。

  **第三項**  文化庁長官は、前二項の規定により登録を取り消し、又は確認等事務の停止を命じたときは、その旨を官報で告示するものとする。
