    **第一項**  会社が組織変更をしたときは、その効力が生じた日から二週間以内に、その本店の所在地において、組織変更前の会社については解散の登記をし、組織変更後の会社については設立の登記をしなければならない。

    When a company effects an entity conversion, the registration of dissolution must be completed with regard to the company as it was prior to the entity conversion and the registration of incorporation must be completed with regard to the company as it will be after the entity conversion, at the location of the head office, within two weeks from the day on which the entity conversion became effective.
