    **第一項**  利害関係人は、裁判所書記官に対し、第八百二十五条第六項（第八百二十七条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の報告又は計算に関する資料の閲覧を請求することができる。

    An interested party may make a request to a court clerk for inspection of documents relating to the report or account referred to in Article 825, paragraph (6) (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 827, paragraph (2)).

    **第二項**  利害関係人は、裁判所書記官に対し、前項の資料の謄写又はその正本、謄本若しくは抄本の交付を請求することができる。

    An interested party may make a request to a court clerk for the copying of the documents referred to in the preceding paragraph or delivery of the original, transcript or an extract thereof.

    **第三項**  前項の規定は、第一項の資料のうち録音テープ又はビデオテープ（これらに準ずる方法により一定の事項を記録した物を含む。）に関しては、適用しない。この場合において、これらの物について利害関係人の請求があるときは、裁判所書記官は、その複製を許さなければならない。

    The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply to sound recording tapes or video tapes (including objects on which certain matters are recorded by a method equivalent thereto) among the documents referred to in paragraph (1). In these cases, a court clerk must permit reproduction of these objects if there is such a request from an interested party for these objects.

    The provisions of Article 91, paragraph (5) of the Code of Civil Procedure apply mutatis mutandis to the documents referred to in paragraph (1).
