**第一項**  この法律の施行前に決議があった株式の分割又は準備金の全部若しくは一部を資本に組み入れた場合若しくは額面株式の発行価額中券面額を超えて資本に組み入れた部分がある場合の株式の発行に関しては、この法律の施行後も、なお従前の例による。

The provisions then in force continue to govern, after this Act comes into effect, a share split resolved before this Act comes into effect, and an issue of shares in the case where all or part of the reserve has been transferred to capital or in the case where, in the issue price of par value shares, there is a portion exceeding the face amount that has been transferred to capital.
