**第一項**  この法律の施行前に転換社債の発行の決議があつた場合においては、その転換社債の転換により増加すべき資本に関しては、この法律の施行後も、なお従前の例による。

If a resolution on the issue of convertible bonds was made before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern the capital to be increased by the conversion of those convertible bonds, even after this Act comes into effect.
