> 検察官が前項の規定に違反して同項に規定する記録媒体の取調べを請求しないときは、裁判所は、決定で、同項に規定する書面の取調べの請求を却下しなければならない。

> If a public prosecutor fails to request the examination of the recording medium provided in the preceding paragraph in violation of the provisions of the same paragraph, a court must render a ruling to dismiss the request for examination of the document provided in the same paragraph.
