> 日出前、日没後には、令状に夜間でも検証をすることができる旨の記載がなければ、検察官、検察事務官又は司法警察職員は、第二百十八条の規定によつてする検証のため、人の住居又は人の看守する邸宅、建造物若しくは船舶内に入ることができない。ただし、第百十七条各号に掲げる場所については、この限りでない。
