> 第二項の規定による逮捕状に代わるものの交付があつた場合において、当該逮捕状に代わるものを所持しないためこれを示すことができない場合であつて、急速を要するときは、前条第一項の規定及び同条第二項において準用する第七十三条第三項の規定にかかわらず、被疑者に対し、逮捕状に記載された個人特定事項のうち当該逮捕状に代わるものに記載がないものを明らかにしない方法により被疑事実の要旨を告げるとともに、逮捕状が発せられている旨を告げて、逮捕状により被疑者を逮捕することができる。ただし、当該逮捕状に代わるものは、できる限り速やかに示さなければならない。

> When a document in lieu of an arrest warrant has been delivered pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2), if the document in lieu of the arrest warrant cannot be shown because it is not in the possession of the person arresting, and when there is urgency, a suspect may be arrested through the arrest warrant, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article and the provisions of Article 73, paragraph (3) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article, by informing the suspect of an outline of the alleged facts of the crime in a manner that does not disclose those of the particulars identifying an individual stated in the arrest warrant that are not stated in the document in lieu of the arrest warrant, and informing the suspect that an arrest warrant has been issued; provided, however, that the document in lieu of the arrest warrant must be shown as promptly as possible.
