    **第一項**  高等裁判所は、その特別権限に属する事件として公訴の提起があつた場合において、その事件が下級の裁判所の管轄に属するものと認めるときは、前条の規定にかかわらず、決定で管轄裁判所にこれを移送しなければならない。

    When there is an institution of prosecution for a case falling under the special jurisdiction of a high court and the high court finds the case falls under the jurisdiction of a lower court, the high court must, on a ruling, transfer the case to the court with jurisdiction notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Article.
