### 第二百八条の二

  **第一項**  裁判官は、刑法第二編第二章乃至第四章又は第八章の罪にあたる事件については、検察官の請求により、前条第二項の規定により延長された期間を更に延長することができる。この期間の延長は、通じて五日を超えることができない。

  A judge may, upon the request of a public prosecutor, further extend the period extended pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article with regard to cases involving crimes provided for in Part II, Chapters II to IV or VIII of the Penal Code. The total time period of such extensions must not exceed five days.
