### 第百二条の二

  **第一項**  裁判所は、必要があるときは、電磁的記録提供命令（次の各号に掲げる者に対し、当該各号に定める方法により必要な電磁的記録を提供することを命ずる命令をいう。以下同じ。）をすることができる。
