      **第一項**  離婚の届出は、その離婚が前条において準用する第七百三十九条第二項の規定その他の法令の規定に違反しないこと及び夫婦間に成年に達しない子がある場合には次の各号のいずれかに該当することを認めた後でなければ、受理することができない。

      It is not permissible to accept an application to register a divorce until the divorce has been found not to violate the provisions of Article 739, paragraph (2) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to the preceding Article or the provisions of any other law or regulation, and, if there is a child between the husband and wife who has not attained the age of majority, to fall under any of the following items.
