      **第一項**  前条の場合には、通行の場所及び方法は、同条の規定による通行権を有する者のために必要であり、かつ、他の土地のために損害が最も少ないものを選ばなければならない。

      In the cases referred to in the preceding Article, the location and method of passage must be chosen so as to meet the needs of the person that is entitled to the right-of-way under the provisions of that Article and cause the least damage to the other land.
