### 第千五条（過料） — (Civil Fines)

    **第一項**  前条の規定により遺言書を提出することを怠り、その検認を経ないで遺言を執行し、又は家庭裁判所外においてその開封をした者は、五万円以下の過料に処する。

    A person failing to submit a will pursuant to the provisions of the preceding Article, executing a will without it passing through probate, or opening a closed and sealed will in a place other than the family court is subject to a civil fine of not more than 50,000 yen.
